Cancellation and Refund Terms
Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction you may have about the products you have purchased, any problems caused by production and service are carefully evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
Below you can find the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster in terms of product refund; If any of them is missing, product refund is not accepted.

a- Refund of used or damaged products is not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered in full and undamaged along with its standard accessories as it was delivered within 30 days.

a- The shipment of the product must be sent for the return process.
ABOUT OTHER TERMS and RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
a- If the product / products you want to return are defective, if they are sent by our contracted shipping companies, the shipping fee is covered by our company.
b- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The period for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the initiative of your bank. Refunds to the credit card are credited to the account within 7 days.
c- You can send the products you will return for free by Domestic Shipping.
SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
The product to be returned can only be delivered by the shipping companies we have contracted. In addition, the refund and transportation cost of the products that we receive with any cargo company will not be accepted.
The general return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made in absolute condition together with the original box or packaging.
- The original box/packaging has been damaged (example: products with a cargo label pasted on the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted) we could be resold products that have lost their feature and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted for refund.
- You must send a petition with the original shipment (all copies in your possession) and the reason for the return along with the product you want to return.
- If the product /products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you also need to ship with contracted cargoes. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to you.
Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you gave incorrectly or gave up. Sometimes emails from density are checked late. There is a possibility that the product has been delivered to the cargo. In case of cancellation, if the product has not been delivered to the cargo, the entire fee will be refunded by the method you performed the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted and refunded.
